Kavach is a free app that puts a charm on your Home Screen. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to buy.
1. What Kavach is
Kavach shows a charm as a Home Screen widget. Tap it and you can swing the charm in the app. It is made for enjoyment. The charms draw on customs from India and elsewhere, and nothing in the app is a claim that they change what happens to you.
2. Who can use it
Kavach is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, use it with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
3. No account, no payment
Kavach is free and has no accounts, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated first.
4. Your data
Your chosen charm, swing history and time with each selected charm are stored locally. The iOS app uses basic product analytics and lets you send feedback with an optional contact email. See the Privacy Policy for details about analytics, feedback and support correspondence.
5. What you agree not to do
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app or its artwork, and do not use it to break the law.
6. Our content
The app's original code and content belong to Valtrium, LLC. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. The traditions the charms come from belong to everyone.
7. No warranty
Kavach is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Valtrium, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Kavach.
9. Ending use
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may stop offering Kavach or change it.
10. Changes
If these terms change we will update this page and the date above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
